About the Park
Captain William Clark Park is a Regional Park, cared for by Clark County Parks and Recreation. If equipped with a restroom, all Washougal Park restrooms are seasonally available. Portable restrooms are provided during the summer at some locations. This park has Gravel Trails. Swim at your own risk. No life guards are present at any swimming location in Washougal along either the Columbia River or the Washougal River.
Dogs at the Park
Dogs are required to be leashed in all parks at all times, with the exception of the Stevenson Off Leash Dog Area. Scoop laws apply to all Washougal Parks.
