Voluntary Water Conservation Requested

City of Washougal Latest News Posted on June 21, 2019

With summer setting in to the Northwest, the City of Washougal is encouraging all residents and businesses to water their lawns at most, every other day.

If you have an even numbered address (example 1400 A Street) you would water your lawn on even numbered days.

If you have an odd numbered address (example 1701 C Street) you would water your lawn on odd numbered days.

Your participation will help by ensuring that we are able to keep the best use of the city’s valuable water resources, and save you money at the same time.

Additionally, as we enter the irrigation months, we would like to remind our valued customers that the water usage blocks were adjusted to encourage conservation during the new rate adoption in November 2018.  The 2018 and 2019 blocks and prices per ccf (748 gallons) over the allowance for single family residents are below:

2018 and 2019 Blocks and Prices per CCF
