Washougal Streamlines Council Meeting Management with NovusAGENDA

The City of Washougal is pleased to implement NovusAGENDA, an electronic cloud-based agenda management solution designed to create, approve and track items for upcoming and past Council/Board meetings. The new electronic document management platform streamlines council meeting agenda and minutes creation processes while consolidating access points into one integrated web portal at

“The efficiencies we are gaining from this investment are really where the bang for our buck is coming in. We want it to be good for our constituents as a nice piece of technology to use,” says David Scott, City Administrator.

The new paperless software allows for easy editing and instant publishing of agendas and minutes to the City’s website. This will improve the public’s access to information while increasing transparency and reducing city staff prep time. Council members and citizens can now access meeting schedules, past and upcoming agendas, minutes and packet information more easily from the City website on any desktop or mobile devices. Council workshops and meetings are also live streamed via the platform’s video recording feature and completed meeting agendas and minutes will include live video links.
