City of Washougal administration is preparing to return to normal business operations by announcing the reopening of city facilities to the public starting July 6 in line with the June 30 statewide economic reopening plan Washington Ready and new Washington State Department of Labor & Industries requirements and guidance.

City Council Meetings
Washougal City Council will continue to meet virtually until further notice.
COVID-19 Protocols
The City of Washougal is following guidance outlined in the Washington Ready plan and implementing these COVID-19 protocols to ensure the health and safety of all visitors entering public facilities:
- Facial coverings are not required for vaccinated individuals; facial coverings are required for non-vaccinated individuals.
- Vaccine verification/negative testing is not required.
- No restrictions on capacity limitations.
- No requirements for physical distancing.
- Hand sanitizing stations are placed at office entrances.
- If you're sick, please stay home. Do not enter the facility.
Online payments are still encouraged! Utility bills, cemetery fees, dog licenses and impound fees can be paid through the city’s online system at https://www.municipalonlinepayments.com/washougalwa. Residents can also mail payments to City Hall (1701 C Street) or utilize the payment dropbox located at the south entrance to city hall.
