The City of Washougal is committed to customer service. Meters are read bimonthly, east side one month and the west side the next month. The utility billing department can help you with any questions you might have about rates, billing intervals or other charges.
If you have any questions about your water meter, water consumption, or sewer blockage the Utility Billing department can also generate and track a customer service request.
