Are you aware of the code changes effective July 1, 2010? The State Building Code Council has adopted the 2009 editions of the codes below, with the noted amendments. Cottage Housing Part of the challenge of meeting the housing needs of our growing city is to offer housing types that address the values that drive demand for detached single family housing, but with smaller spaces and smaller price tags.
