Reflection Plaza is located at the center of Washougal’s down town revitalization at 1703 Main Street. The Plaza’s completion in the summer of 2007 resulted in a refreshing design that compliments the trendy new downtown district. Already center stage for community activities, the continued development of surrounding properties, influx of tenants, and visitors will fill the plaza year round.  Watch for new, “people-friendly” projects radiating throughout downtown from Washougal’s new and improved “living room”.  The February 2010 opening of the SR-14 Pedestrian Tunnel Project connects Reflection Plaza and downtown to the Columbia River, Steamboat Landing Park, and William Clark Park.
