5/17/2012 Special Council Meeting Agenda

Note on upcoming night time paving anticipated 5/7-5/9 for 2^nd St roundabout, 2^nd St, and 2^nd lift on Union St roundabout.  Union and 2^nd Sts are expected to be closed (but not both at the same time) between roundabouts during some portion of the paving.  No detailed traffic impacts or schedule received yet.  Tapani will inform businesses open at night (Burger King & Chevron).  GP is being informed as well.  Travel Advisory will be sent out after impacts are determined and a Govdelivery email will be sent out to subscribers a day or so before paving.  Work is weather dependent.
